Dr. Janice Kapty is Vice President, Estrogen Receptor Global Asset Lead at Arvinas. Dr. Kapty has over 18 years of experience in late-stage drug development.
Dr. Kapty previously served as Vice President, Global Program Head at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, where she led a high-priority cross-functional development project team with accountability for molecule strategy and execution.
Previously, Dr. Kapty served as Senior Director, Development Program Lead at Bristol Meyers Squibb, where she led matrixed teams across the lifecycles of multiple programs, including both internal and external collaboration programs. Prior, Dr. Kapty held several roles at Celgene Corporation, including Director, Project Management and Scientific Director, Myeloid, Global Medical Affairs.
Dr. Kapty received her Ph.D. in Oncology from the University of Alberta, Cross Cancer Institute, and her B.S. in Pharmacology from the University of Alberta.
