Mr. Freedberg serves as General Counsel at Arvinas. He is responsible for providing legal guidance to senior management and the Company’s board of directors, while also ensuring that a culture of compliance is maintained across the company.
Mr. Freedberg has over 20 years of legal and commercial experience. Previously, Mr. Freedberg served as General Counsel at Intercept Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for management of all legal activities, including compliance, securities, corporate and board governance, contracting, IP strategy and management, mergers and acquisitions, business development and litigation management.
Prior to Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Freedberg was General Counsel at Immunomedics, Inc. and previously served as General Counsel, Specialty Generics and Vice President, Legal, Business Development and Licensing at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Freedberg received his bachelor’s degree in American History from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
