Giving Back
Our Promise to Patients, their Families, and Caregivers Community.
At Arvinas, we’re committed to giving back to both the patient communities we aim to serve and the community in which we live.
Giving back through volunteer groups, nonprofit organizations, charity work, or other means, helps those in need and contributes to the common good, while improving the lives of those we are working to help.
It’s not just about raising money. It’s about getting out there and participating in events, meeting the people in our own local community and those who are affected by the diseases we are working to treat.

Impact Day
Our employees participate in our annual “Arvinas Impact Day,” a company-wide community service day supporting science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) initiatives and the Greater New Haven and patient communities.
Our employees taught lessons about financial literacy, careers, and entrepreneurship to K-5 students at ACES Wintergreen Interdistrict Magnet School, empowered youth living in high-poverty areas of New Haven by enhancing the Solar Youth facility, and joined Save the Sound to clean up New Haven’s Long Wharf Beach and Criscuolo Park.

How We Give Back to Our Community

Our employees created colorful, comfortable tie blankets for pediatric patients at Connecticut Children’s Foundation.

Yale-New Haven Closer to Free Ride
We raised money for the Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale, just by riding our bikes.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Our employees raised funds for Susan G. Komen’s efforts, and our executive team received their “just desserts” – with a smile!

Push-ups/Planks for Prostate Cancer
To raise money for prostate cancer awareness, we did some push-ups. And planks.

Walk to End Alzheimer’s
We participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s® at Lighthouse Point Park and raised money for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Biotech Pre-Thanksgiving Bowling Fundraiser
We won the “best t-shirt contest,” but more importantly, we raised money for the children’s hospitals at UCONN and Yale!
