For Sachita Ganesa, Arvinas is more than a workplace: it’s a mission-driven community united by the shared goal of developing PROTAC® technologies to transform the lives of patients with serious illnesses. As a research scientist in the neuroscience department, she feels the opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful work motivates her daily. 

“My favorite part of working for Arvinas is the sense of passion and purpose that permeates our entire company culture,” Sachita says. “It’s inspiring to be part of such a dedicated team.” 

As a recent Ph.D. graduate, Sachita joined the company as the biology lead for a pre-exploratory project in the neuroscience group, a role that allowed her to take ownership of the work, shape its direction, and use her creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills to overcome challenges. 

She says that working at Arvinas has taught her how to guide a team and facilitate collaboration, taking feedback from individuals who have been with the company or worked in the industry for many years. She is inspired by the talent and expertise her colleagues bring to their work and appreciates the opportunity to learn from such remarkable scientists.
