CAREERS AND CULTURE

Life at Arvinas
Arvinas has made incredible strides in pioneering targeted protein degradation research.
From initiating the first oral PROTAC protein degrader clinical trials to a positive topline data outcome in a Phase 3 clinical trial, we’re committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in biotech.

Our Values
At Arvinas, our values—pioneering, excellence, community, and commitment—guide our most important decisions. Created through a grassroots initiative driven by our employees, we are always looking for ways to bring our values to life.
We are rooted in scientific innovation and dedicated to improving the lives of patients suffering from debilitating and life-threatening diseases.
Pioneering
We establish new scientific frontiers by challenging the perceived limits of drug discovery and development. We believe that every problem has a solution.
Excellence
Excellence and execution are the bedrock of everything we do. We ask critical questions and act decisively.
Commitment
We believe that the best ideas emerge in diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments. We are committed to working together, celebrating accomplishments, and encouraging our colleagues through challenges.
Community
Our community extends beyond our colleagues at Arvinas and includes patients, their families, and caregivers. We support patients and their advocates by acting with passion, compassion, and urgency.
Our values lead us to continually engage and give back to our community.
Life in New Haven…and Beyond
While our business model is a hybrid of remote and in-person teams across the country, we are happy to call New Haven, Connecticut home.
According to Yale Ventures, over 50 companies based on faculty inventions have spun out of Yale and have collectively raised $5 billion in equity capital in the last 15 years.1
New Haven offers a rich environment for research and biotechnology innovation, but it also affords residents rich arts and culture, desirable quality of life, and easy access to other major Northeast cities.

Giving Back
At Arvinas, we’re committed to giving back to both the patient communities we aim to serve and the communities in which we live.
Giving back through volunteer groups, nonprofit organizations, charity work, or other means helps those in need and contributes to the common good, while improving the lives of those we are working to help.
It’s not just about raising money. It’s about getting out there and participating in events and meeting the people in our own local communities, as well as those who are affected by the diseases we are working to treat.

Impact Day
Employees participate in our annual “Impact Day,” a company-wide community service day supporting the Greater New Haven and patient communities.
In the past, our employees have partnered with Junior Achievement to teach lessons about financial literacy, careers, and entrepreneurship to elementary students at ACES Wintergreen Interdistrict Magnet school, joined Save the Sound to clean up the Long Island Sound and Greater New Haven area, beautified indoor and outdoor facilities at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater New Haven, de-vined invasive trees, nurtured saplings, and spruced up garden areas with Friends of East Rock Park, prepared meals to be served to members of the Greater New Haven community with Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen, and created STEM kits to be provided to foster youth across the country through Foster Love.
